A missing Oregon woman has been found alive after somehow surviving
driving her jeep off a cliff in Northern California’s scenic Big Sur.

Angela Hernandez, 23, was last heard from in Half Moon Bay, Calif., on
July 6, according to Fox affiliate KTVU.

The Monterey County Sheriff’s issued a statement saying that she had been
found Friday about 200 feet down a cliff, the station reported.

“Her vehicle was partially in the water,” the statement said. “She was
found by two people walking in the area, who called 911."

The statement added that she a helicopter took her to the hospital. She
may have a broken shoulder.

“Reports are she was talking and could walk,” according to the statement.

She told her rescuers she had been there for a week, the San Jose Mercury
News reported.

KGO-TV reported that to stay hydrated she used a radiator hose to siphon
water from a nearby stream, the paper reported.

“I just want to thank everybody that helped,” Hernandez’s sister, Isabel
Hernandez told KGO, according to the paper.

"KGO-TV reported that to stay hydrated she used a radiator hose to siphon

KGO- is not a paper. It's a radio station 740AM on the dial. not a TV
station either

The paper (San Jose Mercury News) mentioned something that KGO-TV reported
on.

Thanks for the irrelevant information, though.

So, this story doesnt add up. She was driving in her 2011 Jeep Patriot
that she had just gotten from Carmax. Early reports from all the news
outlets said she survived by drinking the actual "water" out of her Jeep.
Its not water, its Antifreeze. There is absolutely no chance there was
pure water in her 2011 Jeep Patriot. Later, it was then reported that she
actually used the radiator hose to drink from a "Nearby Stream" of
freshwater. Also, she was reported missing when she missed her sisters
Wedding, to which she was driving to. Just hours before, she told her
sister she was tired and was going to sleep in a parking lot in her Jeep.
She woke up and started driving the 6 hour trek to her sisters. Her
cellphone last pinged off a tower and police and cost guard have been
looking for her since saturday. They took helicopters up and down the
coast between the last ping and her destination, and found nothing. hmm..
Plausible, okay. Looking at the pictures of where she crashed, I dont see
a stream nearby. It said her vehicle was partly submerged...in what we
should assume to be the ocean? And she was in it when they rescued her?
No. High Tide/low tide would have killed her. Moreover, there wouldnt have
been a "stream" she could have drank from through a radiator hose if she
was half submerged in the ocean. maybe a trickle of freshwater coming down
the side of the cliff that she "caught" in the hose? But then...she would
have had to get out of the vehicle. This just doesnt add up.

My Jeep has antifreeze in the cooling system but lots of potable water
in the back.
There is absolutely no chance there was

Not "pure water" but the cooling system "could" have been drained and
filled only with tap water. Not probable, but contradicts the
"absolutely no chance" idea.

The article says she could walk. Rescuers advise people to stay with
their vehicle because it's easier to spot a big object than a small
one.

Moss cannot withstand drought. The moss is there because the rock is
always wet from water flowing down or coming out of the rocks.

"On Friday, Hernandez woke up and saw Chelsea Moore walking by. She and

question of how Chelsea Moore and her husband could get to the beach and
leave without a helicopter to rescue them. The "Portland woman" was

Chelsea Moore and her husband. As you pointed out, there are holes in

I don't know what you are trying to prove.

I have posted the Goggle Map location of the crash. The crash site is a
long stretch of cliff.

If you have any common sense, you should be able to understand that
sometimes you cannot past through all along the bottom of the cliff
because of tidal waters. If she wandered too far, she might not be able
to come back. There is also risk of predator, animal or human.

I am reposting here:

You can watch another report with a video of her vehicle and her injuries:

Bwahahahahah. Nice tap dance. You didn't watch the whole video and
can't find the link to donate money, but I could "redeem myself" in your
