Horribly slow. Too much waiting - waiting for trains to arrive,
waiting to "break" the train to accept trucks, waiting to put the
train back together, and waiting for the "proper" train that is going
where you want to go. This will never fly. The truck can simply get
on the road and get where it's going far quicker than waiting around
to load and unload, and have the train stopping to load and unload
other trucks at every station between where the truck gets on the
train to the station that the truck gets off the train. Slow, slow,
slow. This is a step backward in truck transport.
